Recover Username and Password

If you forgot the username and/or password required to log in to your router’s admin panel, you can easily find it by following the steps below.

Default Username and Password

Using the default username and password is the fastest solution. If you have not changed the password of your device, you can use this method. You can find your username and password on the box of your device or in the user manual.

If your device does not have a sticker or you have lost the device’s box, you can browse our list of default usernames and passwords.

Perform a Factory Reset

If you have changed your password before, you will see an error message when you try to log in with the default username and password. In such a case, the only thing you can do other than find the password is to reset the device. Resetting will reset the entire configuration of your router to its factory settings. In this way, you can log in with the default username and password without any problems. Now let’s examine how to do this.

Reset Router

  1. To reset your device, you need an object such as a needle or toothpick.
  2. Press and hold the “Reset” button on the back or side of the device for 3-4 seconds with the help of this object. The time varies from device to device. Therefore, you can look at the lights to see if the device has been reset. Release the reset button when the lights start flashing.
  3. Your device will be completely reset in about 1 minute.
  4. You can now log in with the default login.
